Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems and barcode scanners
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-compliant) with 2+ years of recent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer skills for digital reporting systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
