Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-operation safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory documentation and warehouse organization systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and material handling
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
