Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately inventory and organize palletized goods in 50,000 sq ft facility
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless dock operations
- Perform daily equipment safety checks and maintenance reports
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Utilize warehouse management system for inventory tracking
- Train junior operators on equipment safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for WMS systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Forklift certifications (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck)
