Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and shipments efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading workflows
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or certification
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
