Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts efficiently in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers while verifying inventory accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas using FIFO methods
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
