Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage facilities (-20°F to 45°F zones)
- Load/unload pallets using company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct inventory audits with RF scanners
- Maintain sanitation standards in cold environments
- Monitor temperature/humidity systems daily
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (gear provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Team player with reliability focus
- No cold storage experience required
