Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Manage inventory counts and assist with warehouse organization
- Maintain clean, orderly work areas following 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in training new team members on equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
