Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse and dock areas
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize inventory flow and space utilization
- Complete accurate documentation for inventory tracking and shift reports
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and hazard-free work environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current DC driver's license
- Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
