Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from storage areas according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Label, weigh, and prepare packages for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S warehouse standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate inventory counts.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
