Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload shipments with precision and adhere to inventory protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Assist in inventory management and cycle count activities
- Train on specialized equipment as needed to support operational demands
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
