Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including tape dispensers, labelers, and shrink-wrap machines
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Follow safety protocols and proper lifting techniques
- Use warehouse management systems for order tracking
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Basic computer literacy for data entry systems
- Reliable transportation to our New Orleans facility
