Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily for optimal performance
- Load/unload trucks with precision using warehouse management systems
- Organize and rotate stock according to FIFO protocols
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or industrial equipment experience
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and hazard awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
