Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Safely load/untract trailers and manage inventory using WMS systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics flow
Qualifications
- 3+ years of certified forklift operation experience (OSHA/Certification required)
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Spanish language proficiency preferred for diverse team
