Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock checks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support shipping/receiving processes with timely material handling
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to prevent hazards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved preferred)
- Minimum 2 years industrial forklift operation experience
- Proven ability to operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
