Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a 150,000 sq ft warehouse
- Load/unload containers and trucks with precision using electronic scanners
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and safety documentation
- Maintain organized inventory in racking systems up to 30 feet high
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols 100% of the time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless material flow
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current or within 6 months)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in temperature-controlled environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
