Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to efficiently move materials within warehouse facilities
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Manage inventory documentation and assist with cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and report safety hazards immediately
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
