Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize storage space and inventory accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation of material movements
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational targets
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating industrial forklifts
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
