Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse/dock environments
- Safely load/unload trucks and stage materials for distribution
- Perform daily forklift inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Train new operators on equipment safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (required)
- 2+ years warehouse forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
