Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Execute precise inventory management using RF scanning technology
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections and documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient dock operations
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment best practices
- Optimize material flow to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification with 3+ years experience
- OSHA 10-hour General Industry certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Proficient in RF scanning and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
