Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize pallets of materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper lifting techniques
- Manage inventory documentation and warehouse organization systems
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
