Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification or ability to obtain within 48 hours
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or industrial equipment operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts when needed
- Clean background check and pre-employment drug screen required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
