Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and data entry
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support receiving and shipping processes to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Train on advanced equipment including reach trucks and order pickers
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screen required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
