Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Manage inventory using RF scanning systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Assist in facility cleanup and safety compliance audits
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
