Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and documentation systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs to prevent operational delays
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Support facility cleanliness and organization standards
- Participate in cross-functional logistics projects as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Preferred experience in warehouse or distribution environments
