Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanners
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and reports
- Collaborate with warehouse team for optimal workflow
- Stack materials safely in designated storage areas
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to industrial zones
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
