Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing materials in designated areas
- Respond quickly to urgent material transport requests during peak hours
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
