Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload palletized goods efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory counts and documentation with precision in our WMS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with warehouse layout optimization and process improvements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
