What You’ll Do
Our team operates in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed are paramount. Your daily tasks will include:
- Operate various types of material handling equipment, including sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers, to load, unload, and move products efficiently.
- Inspect equipment before and after shifts to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and ensuring stock matches system records.
- Organize warehouse aisles to maintain a safe and accessible work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to 5S principles.

- Certified forklift operator (CP, RF, or Reach Truck certification required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts and other heavy machinery.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock using barcode scanners.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Assist in general warehouse duties such as packing, labeling, and shipping orders.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CP, RF, or Reach Truck).
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and warehouse software.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
