Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets of goods throughout 150,000 sq ft warehouse
- Execute daily inventory counts using RF scanners and maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize loading dock efficiency
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean work zones
- Train new operators on warehouse protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- RF scanner proficiency preferred
- Clean driving record and drug-free workplace compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
