Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unroll trucks with accurate inventory documentation
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain organized inventory control systems using RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Train new operators on safety standards and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours
- RF scanner and inventory software proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
