Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outbound inventory
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas with proper FIFO protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Generate daily reports on inventory movement and accuracy metrics
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
