Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and manage inventory with precision in 50,000 sq ft facility
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Train new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts (reach/forklift certification preferred)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with RF scanning systems a plus
