Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory documentation and coordinate with warehouse team for seamless operations
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha-approved) and 1+ years of operating experience
- Ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
