Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Accurately receive, stock, and organize inventory using RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Document inventory movements and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Train on new equipment and safety protocols as required
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
