Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials according to shipping schedules and manifests.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Verify inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license is required.
- Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent driving and maneuvering skills in tight warehouse spaces.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and palletizing.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
