What You'll Do
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Scan barcodes and utilize handheld scanners to manage inventory logs.
- Load and unload trailers in an organized and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
