Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and inventory management software.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of machinery and report any issues immediately.
- Stack and organize pallets according to safety guidelines to maximize storage efficiency.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (Class 1, 3, or 4).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a logistics or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
