Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Load, unload, and stack pallets of merchandise accurately and securely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the warehouse floor and storage aisles.
- Assist with inventory counts and accurate record-keeping of stock movements.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Order Picker).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and material handling best practices.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
