Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure all materials are stacked securely and organized efficiently to prevent damage.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock replenishment.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA compliant) required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
