Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating forklifts (High Reach, Reach Truck, or Counterbalance).
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
