Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Safely load/untractors and move palletized materials up to 5,000 lbs
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Previous forklift experience OR willingness to complete paid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts and weekends
