Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse/dock environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety compliance checks

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols without exception
- Operate in temperature-controlled and outdoor settings as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory management and load verification
- Reliable transportation to multiple Long Beach locations
