Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Safely load/unload freight from trucks and containers using OSHA-compliant techniques
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety documentation
- Manage inventory with barcode scanning systems and WMS software
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) with 6+ months recent experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices
- Experience with RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Washington state driver's license preferred
- Flexibility to work early morning/late night shifts
