Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials in warehouse environment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Operate other warehouse equipment as needed (pallet jacks, order pickers)
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain free training
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Dallas work sites
