Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Inspect goods for damages and ensure inventory accuracy through barcode scanning systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling and equipment operation.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
