Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment pre/post-shift to ensure OSHA compliance
- Load/unload trucks with precision using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize inventory flow
- Complete daily paperwork and digital logs for inventory tracking
- Maintain clean, organized work environment following 5S standards
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Flexible availability for early morning/night shifts
- Clear drug test and background check
