Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment pre-shift and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Stack materials in organized, accessible warehouse layouts
- Operate other material handling equipment (pallet jacks, reach trucks)
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain free training)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to industrial zones
- Pre-employment drug screen/background check required
