Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Organize warehouse storage areas for optimal space utilization
- Document all material movements and maintain digital records
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and safety compliance audits
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
