Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks with precision while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Perform pre/post-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety zones
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
