Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting malfunctions to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse operational standards
- Manage inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas with precision
- Maintain clean and organized work environment to prevent safety hazards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
